This land form is both good and bad. Due to how hilly the area is it can be a challenge to build there but the soil is rich and provides a good foundation for those buildings if they do wish to build. |

City Growth
Saint John has moved away from it's industrial past and has grown it's tourism industry which has brought in 1.5 million visitors a year and about 200,000 cruise ship visitors a year. There has been an increase of small businesses and large waterfront development underway.
